Our glass products are made with high-quality tempered safety glass, and most come with a manufacturer’s warranty that protects against defects in materials. This does not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, or improper cleaning.

If your glass breaks due to a manufacturing defect or installation issue, we’ll review the situation and determine if it’s covered under warranty. For non-warranty incidents, we also offer glass replacement services at competitive rates.

Because each glass product is custom fabricated to order, we are unable to offer refunds once production has started.

If fabrication has not yet begun, we can review your order and determine if adjustments are possible. Once materials are ordered or glass cutting has started, cancellations cannot be refunded.
