Refund Policy

At Aviluxe Glass, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom glass products and services. Due to the custom nature of our work, please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Custom Orders & Deposits

All glass products fabricated by Aviluxe Glass are custom-made to order.

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before fabrication begins.

  • Once materials have been ordered or fabrication has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including order cancellations or changes.

 

Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before fabrication begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative, design, or material costs already incurred.

  • Orders canceled after fabrication has started are non-refundable.

 

Installation Services

  • Installation fees are non-refundable once installation has been scheduled or completed.

  • If installation must be rescheduled due to client-related issues (site not ready, access issues, etc.), additional fees may apply.

 

Incorrect Measurements or Changes

  • If measurements are provided by the client, Aviluxe Glass is not responsible for inaccuracies.

  • Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and extended lead times.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective due to our workmanship or manufacturing, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, improper maintenance, or third-party interference is not covered.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

 

No Cash Refunds

  • Cash refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

 

Exceptions

  • Refunds or adjustments may be made at the sole discretion of Aviluxe Glass in special circumstances.
