Welcome to Aviluxe Glass. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, approving an estimate, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

Aviluxe Glass specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of custom interior glass products, including but not limited to:

  • Frameless shower enclosures

  • Custom mirrors (standard, backlit, or front-lit)

  • Glass railings

  • Frameless Glass Wall Partitions

All work is custom-made to client specifications.

Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing may change due to material availability, supplier pricing, or changes requested after approval.

  • Any modifications to the scope of work may result in additional charges.

  • Measurements provided by the client are the client’s responsibility unless Aviluxe Glass performs an on-site measurement.

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before materials are ordered or fabrication begins.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion or prior to installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments can be made via approved payment methods provided by Aviluxe Glass.

  • Late or unpaid balances may delay project completion.

 Custom Orders & Cancellations

  • All custom glass products are made to order and cannot be canceled or refunded once fabrication has begun.

  • Any cancellations prior to fabrication may be subject to fees.

Installation & Site Conditions

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the job site is accessible, safe, and ready for installation.

  • Aviluxe Glass is not responsible for delays caused by site conditions, structural issues, or third-party contractors.

  • Minor adjustments or field modifications may be necessary due to wall irregularities, out-of-level surfaces, or structural conditions.

Damages & Liability

  • Aviluxe Glass is not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as uneven walls, floors, or structural movement.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by third parties after installation.

  • The client is responsible for protecting surrounding areas not directly related to the installation.

Warranty

  • Workmanship is covered under a limited warranty (details provided upon request or in your invoice).

  • Glass breakage caused by misuse, impact, or improper maintenance is not covered.

  • Hardware warranties vary by manufacturer and are subject to their terms.

Delays & Force Majeure

Aviluxe Glass is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain delays, weather conditions, or manufacturer backorders.

Photography & Marketing

By allowing Aviluxe Glass to perform work at your property, you grant permission for non-identifying photos or videos of completed work to be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Aviluxe Glass and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Aviluxe Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
